Delete your account

Two ways. Both delete the same things.

In the app — immediate

Open Ironjin, go to Setup, and choose Delete my account. It happens straight away and needs no approval from us.

By email — if you cannot open the app

Email privacy@ironjin.com from the address you signed up with, asking us to delete your account. We will confirm within 30 days, and usually much sooner.

What gets deleted

• Your sign-in identity, including your email address
• Your display name, timezone and settings
• Any injuries or equipment you told us about
• Your training history, if you ask us to remove it

What may be kept, and why

Group and leaderboard totals may retain anonymised training records with no name, no email and no link back to you. This is so a team's history does not silently change when someone leaves. If you want those removed as well, say so in your email and we will remove them.

Nothing here requires you to keep the app installed.
