What Ironjin is

A training log and a suggestion engine. It is not medical advice and it is not a substitute for a doctor, physiotherapist or qualified coach. It cannot see you, cannot examine you, and does not diagnose anything.

Training is your decision

Exercise carries a risk of injury. You decide what you do and you do it at your own risk. If something hurts, stop — that instruction outranks anything the app suggests. If you have an injury or health condition, are pregnant, or have been told to be careful with exercise, speak to a professional before you start and before you change what you do.

If you feel chest pain, faint, are severely short of breath or otherwise unwell, stop and seek medical help immediately.

When you tell us about an injury

We change which movements you are offered, usually to something gentler that works around it. That is us following your instructions. It is not an assessment, and it does not make any movement safe for you.

Your account

What you contribute

Some parts of Ironjin let you enter text other people will see, such as the name of a gym. Do not submit anything unlawful, misleading, offensive, or which identifies a private individual or their home. We review submissions and may remove or reject any of them.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we accept no liability for injury, loss or damage arising from your use of this app. Some rights cannot be excluded by law — including the consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law — and nothing here removes those.

Changes

If these terms change in a way that affects you, the app will ask you to read them again.
