Ironjin

Install the test build

Android only, for now. This is not the Play Store version.

Download the APK

Always the most recent test build — this link does not need updating.

Installing it

  1. Tap the button above on the Android phone you want to test on.
  2. Your browser will warn you about downloading an APK. That warning is correct and expected — accept it.
  3. Open the downloaded file. Android will ask whether to allow installing apps from this source. You only have to allow it once.
  4. Install, then open Ironjin.

What you are agreeing to

Installing this way bypasses the checks Google Play would normally run on an app before it reaches your phone. Only do it because you know where this build came from. If someone sent you this link and you are not expecting it, do not install it.

This is unfinished software connected to the real database. Anything you log is stored for real, and features may change or break between builds. If you want your data removed at any point, use delete your account.

Before you train with it

Ironjin is a training log, not medical advice, and nothing in it is reviewed by a physiotherapist or coach. The form instructions in the app say so where they appear. If something hurts, stop — that instruction outranks anything the app tells you.

If the download does not work

The button reports the actual reason rather than failing silently. If it says no build exists, one has not been produced yet. If it says downloads are not configured, the deployment is missing its Expo credentials.

iPhone

There is no equivalent link. iOS does not permit installing apps outside the App Store or TestFlight, so an iPhone build has to go through TestFlight — ask and you will be sent an invitation.

Every build carries the same account deletion path as the released app, and no build ever sends a database credential to your phone.
